NON RECEIPT OF FREE GIFT

I bought 2 set of 12 BOOKS vide incvoice No ORA090057273 & ORA090057274 DATED 21.07.2009 fromIndia Today Book Club and made the payment through credit card on telephone IVR.

I was promised Free Air Travel To and Fro to any destination within next year for 2 persons and a Free Stay for 2 nights and 3 days each for both the purchases for 2 persons. I have received my goods but the free gifts are yet to be received.

However, even after two and half months of rigorous follow-up I have neither been able to claim my free gifts nor India Today Book Club has given me any convincing reply to my sevaral queries. Nobody answers the helpline telephone no. 011-40502424. Several times I asked for a telephone no. of a senior person but to no avail. I only get a reply to my mails saying, "we are sorry for the inconvenience, we will get back to you soon.".

I wish India Today Book Club knows how to satisfy the customers and they would at least fulfill the promises made by them.
