WIRELESS MODEM NOT WORKING

Sir,

I have purchased mtnl 1 mbps internet service 1 week ago. MTNL service man came and installed the Internet in LAN, but they are not able to connect internet in my laptop through wi fi. I have mtnl DNA A212

wireless modem. I have made several complaints. but till date internet through wi fi system is not connecting.

Kindly recomend them to send the intellegent serviceman to our destination
