Sir,

Since from 4 months I used TATA DOCOMO INTERNET SERVICE on pc and mobile, the speed was 19 to28 kbps, Now it is suddenly decreased to 1 ti1.4 kbps, and I changed all the setting in mobile and PC after complaining to customer care since from one month. The complaint No is NWK 092107140 on 03/09. but there is no proper responsibility from the cust care. Simply they tell we will consider this complaint. My No is 9035297012. and here is 100% signal. Pl solve this problem
