I Sangita Rawat, having PNB accounts No. 3880000 1000 67614 on dated 04.10.2010.

I could not make withdrawal from the ATM (SBI ATM in Ramnagar, Nainital) due to some failure in between the transaction process. I had entered Rs. 4000/- (Rupees Four thousands only) for withdrawal but when the money was about to come, sudden some failure in the ATM occurred. Later on when I checked the amount Rs.4000/- was debited from my account.

Please look in to the matter urgently.

So, I requested to you kindly deposit the money in my same account.
