Complaint for wespro digital camcorder (Homeshop 18)

I have purchased Wespro Digital Camcorder from homeshop 18 23rd of january and I recieved it on 30th of jan. I was not satisfied with the product and returned it within the date of moneyback guaryntee to wespro digital pvt. ltd., Mumbai. through courier, but they had not accepted it, and I submitted a complaint in homeshop 18 and resended the product. But they again not accepted it. I am suffering too much after purchasing the product.
