NOT RECEIVED DELEIVERY ON TIME

Dear sir/madam

i have booked a voltas split a/c on 07-04 from HOMESHOP 18 and they have tell me to send delivery of a/c with in 7 to 10 working days but i have not received a/c yet today the date is 29th april i have called them also many times but they are always saying me that you will received your a/c within 2 to 3 days.

please help me sirrrr
