Pathetic service by Homeshop18- complaint

Had booked an order number 703439404 on 12th April for 1 ton Voltas window AC on Homeshop18, they had assured of delivery within 7-10 days & I had requested to expedite it. I kept calling them & would have made atleast 50 calls to understand the status of my order, every executive that I spoke to would assure me of delivery in a day or two, everybody would say I will personally handle your case. Later I received a call from one of the executive on 7th May regretting the delay & assuring delivery in 7 days he also said that since 1 star variant is not available he will give me a two star variant. I got an sms 1 week later that the delivery has been delayed, today after 1 and a half month waiting, I have got a mail saying that my order has been cancelled & refund is processed.. This is pathetic service by Homeshop18, stern action should be taken against them
