No response / delay in orde

I have ordered one earphone from homeshop18 on 26th July'12, the delivery time written on the website ins 7 - 8 days. After 6 days I got a message from them saying a slight delay which is of 3- 5 days more. My purpose is not solved, I have been trying to contact them all this while on their customer care number 0120-4455918 Noone answers that ever... I have been holding that call for more than 15 minutes twice I got no response. On their website I have raised two tickets to resolve my issue to either cancel the order or dispatch the same soon. I still have not received any response they are open. My order number is 914706407
