HI, I have ordered to Home shop18 for Megaslim flask. Than i have received defected product than after again i have requested for replacement for the same product. I have received but flask not working as told executive and not good quality, than I have again race a complaint to homeshop 18 for replacement for the same product than again i have received defected pic. Than again i requested for replacement for the same and I send the same to the company but still I have not received the good quality of product. I want my product and pleae educate your customer care executive how to talk with customers.we need compassion...
