Shipment Not Delivered

Hi,

I have ordered a bouquet through the above mentioned site, to be delivered on 09th May. But the company has failed to deliver the shipment even after making the advance payment.

When I am trying to reach them on phone, they are not picking the call.

Please do the needful as I want my money back.
