Amount dudected but cell was not recharged

Hi,

Myself Somnath Arora, I have recharged my mob.(9810956264) rs.343 343=686 through online site http://www.freecharge.in on 2nd feb through netbenking amount was dudected from my bank a/c but there was no recharge done in cell. Can you help what should i do? Can i go consumer court for this?
