ONLINE ORDER NEVER DELIVERED NOT DO THEY INFORM ABOUT ANY KIND OF INCONVENIENCE

I have placed an order online to send rakhi and sweets to my brother paying Rs.1200/-, after three days it still has not reached and the is no information what so ever either on the site or have got any call from them. Infact when i try to call the phone is not attended ont he number given online. I would request there has to be some kind of solution for the people who cheat claiming SAME DAY DELIVERY AND GUARANTEED . PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE SITE AND I WOLD REQUEST IF THE ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED AS I REQUESTED OF THE ITEMS ON THE SITE, REFUND MY MONEY . I PLACED THE ORDER FOR A BOX OF FERRERO ROCHER CHOCOLATE BOX OF 16 PCS, KAJU KATHLI FROM HALDIRAMS AND RAKHI ALONG WITH KUMKUM AND AKSHATHA. PLS FIND PRINT SCREEN BELOW OF MY ORder and pls see the right side bottom corner of the listed gift packages i have chose which says Rs.1200/- (on the day i ordered but now it shows Rs.1215/-)and $21.70.
