Delievered items totally different than ordered ones

My husband had ordered one chocolate cake, 12 roses, one card and one heart shape balloon.
When I got delivery the cake was totally different then ordered, they have delivered 6 roses 6 sunflowers. They have not deliver us a big card and heart shape balloon.
The quality of cake is worst we can not eat it.we'll have to throw it to dump if they will not replace it.
