Trasaction ends with error in History shows successfull but no balance credited

This is venkatesh. R i am sending this mail to because i had tried to send mail to contactus@rechargeitnow.com but till now there is no response and in site there is no contact no. request you to kindly help in this matter and do the needful

I had tried to recharge of 100 to my Tatasky DTH recharge from your site transaction has got stuck and the error msg show

When i try to check in History of my transactions it shows transaction successful but the in My tata sky account the balance is not not received till now request you kindly help in this issue

i did not get any transaction alert in my mail/mobile for the below transactions
