Pathetic online checkout process

These guys have design the sickest website (India Times - Shopping) on earth. The day, I was trying ordering Rakhi for my brother, I came across this site (shopping.indiatimes.com).

First while shopping, site (India Times - Shopping) gives an option to 'Quick Checkout' then it takes all the shipping details and when you sit ready with credit card etc., it says you "Congratulation for registration" and leaves you at blank page. What a sick E-commerce product by India times (times internet)

Then after some minutes, I checked my email where these crap idiot site people sent me a password. Why the hell "Quick checkout" option is there, I couldn't understand. I left this idiotic site and chose another one, which atleast did not confuse the consumer by saying "Quick Checkout"

Let me tell you, this site is being handled by core idiots. Not only this site, I believe management should understand why all their online products are going FLOP everyday.
