Delay in solving the problem

Dear Sir,

I am having a M blaze device which i bought in the month of july from Croma store in Malad Mumbai.

The device was not working properly from the 1st day itself after visiting the store for 4-5 times my deviced for acceped by the sales person in croma store by the name of sharik after that the device was given back in the last week of july and the services were pathetic after 1 week of promotional offer I got the device recharged with the 999 scheme with unlimited downloading but the balance went to 0 on 13 aug and since then i am unable to use the internet.

After regestring the complaints on 14th 15th 16th 17th 18th & 19th of AUGUST request number are as follows: Q107230977, Q107230977 & Q107307313 the complaints has not been resolved.

The customer service desk takes atleast 12 minutes to pick the call and every call last for atleast 30 minutes to register the complaint the dont care about the charges which I have paid for the calls.

Its like a mental torture which the company has given me over the last 7 days and then to the complaint is still not resolved and the last request has been placed today i.e 20 aug still the reply is that it will take 24 hours to resolve the problem.
