IDEA 2G netsetter
Disconnection of 2G Data Card

I have given request for disconnection of my 2G netsetter at Vashi My Idea Centre on 7th April but now I find that they have taken it for safe custody. If I talk to customer care I dont get any reponse. I find IDEA services as one of the worst. If go their Sanpada My Idea centre, I dont get any help from them about disconnection.
