Poor service

I subscribed for INTERNET one day plan to use through my mobile. While announcing the plan it stated that the plan will get activated in 24 hours. But i got no activation till 24 hours. After 24 hours i enquired the problem through customer care executive. The reply was "you are able to use the plan after 4 days". But it wasted my time ie.24hrs. This is very poor network service. Please consider my complaint and help me to get out of this.
