Low speed of data card

HI, i am the user of Idea data card for last 2 years and facing the low speed problem from its beginning, they promissed me sir you will get good speed as soon as possible and till now i haven't got the speed, second important thing is that for last 2months their service is going standard going down day by day..and when i am calling to these guys they are saying that sir dont have to worry we will solve your problem within 48 hours, and till now there is 48 hours. My complain no. is 99619725.
