I am user of Idea from past 4 year never had this problem...

I am trying to go online it is not letting me to go online sometimes it says connection lost sometimes it says dns failed. Everytime I tried to consult with cusotmer care they are not giving me the resolution...

They all says the same thing that there is a server problem which will be resolved with in 4 hours...

I have called them manier times but the all people know that how to make a lame excuse to get rid of Irate customers...

They have been making me fool from last 4 to 5 days but non of them resolving my issue...

I am not able to go online on my gmail account And If I have balance then I can go online else I can't... even though I have recharged my Idea (9718347477) mobile with 89 Rs... for the Internet plan.

Please help me out... Else IT would be wastage of my money and my expensive time either...
