Amount deduction

I rakesh saini. i m using internet of idea co. on my mobile no 9814941388. i recharge 29 rupees for one week. my pack was expire on 11th dec.2011. but today i using my internet service morning for three time. i have balance rupees 70 in my mobile. but company deduct my whole amount.

my qns is that

when i usage 29 rupees pack than i usage internet whole day on my laptop,

but today i was using internet normaly. but company deduct my whole amount unexpected.

i call on customer care approximately 8 min. ladies are speaking from customer care but she was not giving me satisfactory answer. she ask me on this matter i will transfer ur call my senior officer and than she disconnect my phone. and i received message from customer care are interact with pardeep if u r satisfied with us plz reply y or not type N

company is deducting unexpected amount. i want refund my amount.
