This is a surprise that I am being charged for Love 360/Double Meaning Jokes/News 360, even I personally made a request at Idea Centre, Khanpur, New Delhi-110062 on 30th Jan and Lad-official at reception desk assured me that action shall be taken by 31st Jan. But till date twice renewal subscription charges have been charged from my cell No.999-0581-710. I shall be very grateful if you please do something to de-activate it.
