I m preeti gupta. My number is 9891842730. Your agent has activated GPRS NET 20 service on my number without any confirmation. This service has been activated on 23 May. I m trying for deactivation of this service since 30 may but no action has been taken against my complaint. At your help desk i talked to Mr. Shailenderon 30May, Mr. Manorajan on 31st May, Mr. pramod on 1st June, Mr. Chandan and Ms. Manju on 2nd June. Till now my complaint has not been forward and my service is still activate. Mr. Shailender told me that ur balance will refund back to you. But no action has been taken against my complaint.. i m just pissed off u people. Ur Customer care are useless. I will Sue your company. I want this sevice to be deactivate asap and i want my whole balance back from 23rd may to date when this service will deactivate.
