Egarding broadband internet bill

I vikas anand shrivastava, i have taken idea cellular broadband internet connection 6 month before (approx) and not recieved any bill from idea, after some time call comes from idea on my mobile number and i said i want to disconnect my broadband connection, idea cellular person told me to pay 543 is ur will and it will be discontineu i said ok send me your one executive i will pay it, he said ok after that no communication comes from idea and no one come to collect the bill.today (12.02.2011) again call comes from idea cellular on my mobile number and they asking me to pay 1200 rs aprrox bill.when i explain all the thing they told me forcelly for pay 1200rs i told him i am ready to pay 543rs as i was already want to pay it, but they told me forcelly pay the bill otherwise we will disconnect your mobile number too (as my mobile number also from idea cellular) and we will delete all the datas from your mobile and they also threating me. kindly help me.
