I visited My Idea Care on 1st of April and complained about two issues. The first was that they were charging Re. 0.02 extra on every outgoing calls, for example if I talked to someone for 20 seconds they were charging Re. 0.22 (On any network). And the second issue was that the internet does not work for 2-3 hours every 5 to 7 days. They only registered complaint on the first issue. After a month i.e., on 1st May, Internet is not working since then. I complained about it to Idea Customer Care, they gave me assurance that the problem will be rectified within 24 hours, but they refused to register my complaint. After 24 hours, the problem was still there and I called back to them 3 times in 3 hours. Finally I forced them to register my complaint and they said that the problem will be rectified up to 15:00-16:00 Hours next day. Now its 4th May and still I'm not able to access internet. I have spent around Rs. 15 in complaining to Customer Care and the GPRS Pack of Rs. 98 for 30 Days, which I recharged on 21-April, is going wasted. They said me ask for a new Idea SIM with same number, but they are charging Rs. 25 for that also. Whatever I do, I'm in loss. Every time I call the Customer Care, they don't even listen to me, and they used to talk to someone else (I frequently hear other person sounds), and every time they give different excuses.
