Unauthorized bill

Dear sir

i had a broad band of idea cellular, my Account no.-1.42366852, Cellular No. : 9624057899, company has raised false bill between 12th june and 11th july. against my uses, i spoken to comany employee, but they are rude in behaviour. i came to know from my friends they have also charged more than actual bills by same frenchise company in same period but later on they revert back of unauthorised charged and they admitted it is because of error in system, i have spoken several times to them but no heed from company.

please see this matter, i shall be highly oblged to you for kind attention.
