Service is nt prope

Fom begining we are complaning about speed of internet is slow but till problem is as it is fom last one year also we were requested to the company through their email address for hard copy for monthly bill oftenly but just they are repling to my mail only that they receive my mail, but till today they donot fulfill their promise regarding to my request of hardcopy of bill nd speed of internet i hope that through this consumer complaint forum i will get solution of my problem.
