Speed is very slow

I have purchased Idea Data Card 5 days ago. My Data Card Number is 918059756350. The company said that its speed was very fast but I found that it has very low speed. I have called Customer care 5 times but all times they said that your probleeum will be solved but the proleum is still there. So please resolve my probleum.
