Diffective Netsette

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring in your notice that, on 22 october i bought a IDEA netsetter whose number is 9977255523, it having it's IMEI No.: 353474021383807and S.No.: D82AA108A2800082. from MARC associate, MP Nagar Bhopal. From last 5 months i logged complain regarding my netsetter hangging & speed problem on MARC Associated more than 20 times, but their is no any response from company side. Kindly help me to solve this problem.
