Paid for safe coustody but billed for two months and afte

I used ideanetsetter for 6 months and on 10th july paid my usage bill and gave an application for safe cousdoy for period of 6 months which i was charged 50 RS per month and paid 300RS the boy named lucky said i will recieve and SMS as recipt as i went out of station when came back for few days i got a call and pending bill when i approached them gallery they said we have put up your case and will be solved now lucky was not their he was transfered after 1 month when i was back for few days and approched them some new boy was there he says we dont know anything NOW i get a call to settle my bill which is 1900RS . as a good coustomer i have paid 300RS for safe leeping and did not want to default but the company wants to harres a good coustomer and wants to make him a defaulter,
