Idea Netsetter
Speed is very slow

The company in starting has told me dat the speed of net setter is arouud 256 but when i used it the speed was very slow then i checked the speed through a site then it was around 10 so i logged complains to idea customer care many times but there was no action... so i request to take serious action agains company, ... the site pager gets displayed in aoud 15 min.
