Sir, my father bought IDEA NETSETTER worth Rs. 2400 and it promises to give speed about 236 kbps. But I get the speed just about 7-8 kbps and maximum upto 10 kbps. At least it should give the speed upto 25-30 kbps. I made compliant 2 times in its customer care office but its not resolved till now.
plz submit my complaint against the Idea.
