I have taken new IDEA NET SETTER and taken post paid internet connection. told that with 500rs connection v would get 236kbps speed with unlimited usage n download facility.when i bought n connected it, then i found that the speed of the net connection was just 5-10kbps. with that speed even website is also not opening. its very disgusting to use.

can anyone suggest me any solution for this or should i pay them 500rs n also bare that problem?

plzzzzzzzzzzzzz someone help me out.
