Booked tickets not received

I have booked tickets for several matches from ticketgenie.. The website claims that the tickets will be delivered 3 days before the match. The first match is on 16th and I have still not received my tickets. When I read about the grievances of other customers I found out that none of them have received their tickets too. This company is a fraud and PLZ DONT BOOK YOUR TICKETS FROM TICKETGENIE.
