Idea Netsetter
Speed is very slow

Sir,

i have puchase idea netsetter on 2nd feb '2010..

they assure me that speed will be aprox 320kbps, but till now its speed is 100kbps.. i complain many time but not a singlie positive result i am getting from them..

so sir plase take a relevent step regading my problem.
