Idea Netsetter
Bad service

I have started using idea netsetter since 1 week. The service was very disappointing. The download speed is between 1 to 25 with average of 5 kb/sec usually. The connection also gets reset very oftenSo i am not able to download anything because of that. Mine is unlimited plan but of no use. Other service providers provide atleast better speed so that it is useful for customer. Idea providers please DO SOMETHING or else U WILL VERY FAST LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS.
