Deactivated whiout reason

Idea has a toll free no. 12345 when a customer calls this no. the customer is diverted to customer care no. for the state. when you call the concerned no. they ask you to call at 12345. You can go round in circles s many times as you have the patience to do so.

On sending a mail you are asked to visit idea gallery, when you get n touch with. the gallery, they ask you to call customer care.

My problem of sudden deactivation remains uresolved. I had recharged my idea netsetter on 9th June through Credit card but on accessing the netsetter i got the error code 613. Ever since i called the toll free no. i am going round in circles.
