Say no IDEA sir ji

I am using Idea Net Setter from last one year. And during that period I got tremendous speed of 0 kbps to 15 kbps, during the surfing. Such decent speed is never provided by any company, nor does anyone want to leave his work pending on this incredible speed. My postpaid connection number 9598071791 is billed on 23rd of every month and I used to pay on 1st to 6th of every month.

My service is interrupted on 15th of March and after several call and mails I was advised to visit one of his service centers with my laptop and Net Setter, I am follow his versions and visited there and got surprised to know that my services are interrupted due to nonpayment, on enquiry it was reveal that in March my payment is deposited on 4th of March and only there logins are there in my account and last login on 13th of march, and his tongue is cut in between his teeth when he see the payment is done on 4th March.

He advised me to pay the sum and reactivate my account but he is not sure that why my account is suspended on 15th of March when the neither bill is generated nor any balance is due till that date.

It’s my free of cost advice that do not use idea because only they told “what an idea sir” but thy done “See what an idea through which we cheat you”
