Idea net setter
Over Billing

Respected Sir,

I am using idea net setter from last 1.3 yrs. I have taken Rs. 399 plan and the bill amount came is near about Rs. 440 including all taxes.

But in last month, they sent me bill Rs. 9500. I was shocked. This net setter USB is used at Village area. The speed of net setter is around 8-10kbps max. They told me that extra usage is 1.5 GB.

I didn't paid bill yet. Please give me suggestion about next step?
