Not working

R/Sir, My Idea Netsetter is not working from 5 days. I had informed your Frenchise near to me from which I had purchased before 4 yrs.-Omkar Teleservices, Silver Rock Complex, Opp. Bhavan's School, Dairy three roads, Baroda-Gujarat, they told me to take at his shop with Laptop.
