I have an idea net setter connection no 7890578206. I recharged it for Rs 100 on 6th May through a franchissee. It showed that the recharge was successful. However, I could not connect to internet. Next I recharged for Rs 112 and I got the connection. What happened to my Rs100. How can I retrieve it?
