Internet Speed very low

In the beginning, i.e. one year ago, the speed was good and connected immediately. But now-a-days not connected always and speed is very low in many sites, especially in g-mail.com. please set right as early as possible. Please also let me know the mobile no. to which I should contact whenever The connection fails.
