Regarding new sim activation

I have purchased a new sim on 23/04 and did the first recharge of FCR 348 as per the person from IDEA who was available at the store in sai mobile, phursungi. He told me this card will get activate within 2 days but still not been activated I have submitted all the required documents on that particular day. Every day they keep me on saying it will get activated today but their is no output. This sim is not working, I am not able to do any topups on it, nor able to use 3g services. Please Suggest me what should I do.
