I had a phone call from india today delhi branch that there was a scheme in which i had to pay Rs 3198 and will receive 12 books and promised me the follwing with it

1) This offer is valid for a couple & for 1 child below 5 year.

3) We offer only 3 to 5 star property.

4) This Offer is for 2 night & 3 Days of Accommodation, 2 Veg meals and return Air Tickets.

5) This Holiday Package is valid for 1 year.

As per good offer i had booked total 3 packages

After my confirmation he debited the amount from my credit card. I have all the recordings on my phone for all confirmation and details told by there executive.

When the books came there was no password in it. I again called them for it. It was given by them but when i tried to book the tickets it was only for 1 person. I then called the delhi person on the helpline was busy all the time but got it one day and told the story but he also heard it said that it was a false commitment from the agent and the air ticket was for only single person. After that there was a call from bangalore india book club saying that we are sorry for the commitment and we offer offer you a scheme that u pay Rs 2198 for a health card and we will convert the offers u have taken to a couple and u will now get all open tickets immediately after u r confirmation So i a pleasure i debited the amount. But after wards when i called banglore office no and the executive they said talk to delhi persons but when i called delhi office the said there was no such offer. i tried to mail every email id of bagit and indiabook club but no reply.
