Non delivery of product which was booked online and paid fo

India flower plaza.com is a fraud company where in they have accepted online booking and payment however they have not delivered the products.

This concerns booking made by me on this site for delivery of flowers and cake on the occasion on valentines day to my wife and kid.

They never delivered the items and have thereafter changed their contact mail id on site 3 times and have kept their contact no switched off since 13th Feb.

There has been no apology rendered and neither any intimation about services not provided hence a refund to the payment made online.

There has been no response to the mail as well which has been sent and this has been done for at least two bookings done which i am aware of.

Please list this company as Fraudster which are swindling money online. Please intimate how consumer court proceeding can be initiated against this company.
