Incorrect online railway timing information

Your online information of railway inquiry was showing correct arrival timing of 309 passenger at sarsawa on 17 Apr. But when i reached railway station i found train was late was 2 hrs. I also enquired from 139 phone no.. that also gave misled information . what is this . why system is playing with the valuable time of passanger.
