Non Delivery of Item

Hi,

I have redeemed 4800 point of Manhattan Platinum credit from IndiaPlaza website, and ordered an item, almost a month back. My order no. is IN2408100373 and still the ordered item it is not shipped to my address. I made several calls on 080 2527 0906/080 25208795 tel. no. to know the status but no one picks up the call.

I dont know to whom i should raise the conern as no one from IndiaPlazas is reachable. Can anyone please help on this??
