Product not delivered even after 1 month

Hi..

I purchased a Nikon Coolpix S220 camera from www.indiaplaza.in on November 1 (Order Number: IN0111100130) which costs Rs 4989.00. It has been 40 days and i haven't seen any kind of action from them. I tried to contact them on their customer care number 91-80-25208795, for which never gets a response. I have raised 2 tickets, for both an executive (Agent ID: Vathsala) has replied and responded like it will be delivered in 10 days. I have really got fed up with this and i feel like being cheated. Please advise me what i can do further.
