Non Delivery of Product

I am rohan, i ordered 2 books on indiaplaza.com and paid the amount of product by bank net transfer, After calling customer care i was made to wait for more than 18 mins on hold and later told that the consignment person is not being able to be contacted, Are you kidding me? is tat a consumer's concern, .

After 4 days i m not even being given information about my product.! when products are written that they'd be delivered/shipped in 3 days then why isnt it been done and why is consumer not kept in loop..

Extremely disappointed by the services, would prefer Flipkart anyday than this. thank you.
