Item not received even after 1 month

I had bought a Nova Roti Maker from Indiaplaza.com on 18th November. They have charged me fully including the shipping cost of Rs140.00 to my credit card but the item has not been received till date (almost a month). I had called them thrice and they gave me some lame excuse of Consignment number not matching and promised me to update in 2 days. But there has been no update, and the item has not been received.

I even tried contacting them online on their website and everytime a system generated reply comes like this "Dear *****, We deeply regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We are checking the status of the shipment with the couriers, please bear with us we will get back to you within 2 days with the next course of action." Again nothing has happened.

I have lost trust in them and will never buy anything from this website.
